Our purchase with Redrow went really well, the sales centre staff are great and the process was fairly smooth (they’re recommended solicitors are poor but that’s not their fault). After sales staff and service are terrible. We’ve reported issues many times through the online portal, Redrow routinely close these without even contacting us.
