Calypso Water Park, located just outside of Ottawa, was found guilty on six of 11 violations under Canada’s Technical Standards and Safety Act. The charges stem from accidents at the park dating back to 2011. Four of the violations were connected to 10 separate incidents on the Steamer ride.
