What if train chart is not prepared?
“Chart is not prepared yet!” What does this message mean? Every passenger is allotted with a PNR number which has to be regularly checked for correct journey details and ticket status. Whenever a passenger enters a PNR number in the online portal, he/she might get the message “Chart is Not Prepared Yet”.
What if train ticket is not confirmed after chart preparation?
If your ticket remains fully waitlisted after chart preparation, it will be canceled automatically and your money will be refunded into the account which was used at the time of booking.

Can I travel with TQWL 3?
No, You can not travel with TQWL ticket. If you booked your ticket online and have a waiting list ticket, you will not be able to travel on the train. If you booked your waiting list ticket directly at a railway station ticket counter, you can travel but in no particular seat if none are vacant.
