Head to the right, where there will be a point to teleport using the alien probe. Teleport to the other side and head down yet another ladder. Once at the bottom, shoot the red wheel to cause a break in the flow of sewage to cross. Place the defibrillator in the basket on top of the generator and head back to Al.

What happens if you fight the elves Stick of Truth?
Note: As the elf says, it’s completely pointless to fight them, as you’ll gain no experience from the battle and one of the elves will hit you with his hammer and knock you unconcious afterwards. Either way, you’re taken to the Elven Kingdom afterwards.
