How many times did Slovenia win Eurovision?
Whilst Slovenia has not won the Eurovision Song Contest it did win Eurovision Choir of the Year in 2017. In 1988, the Yugoslav jury was based in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, when they were called to give the decisive last votes of the contest which saw Switzerland beat the United Kingdom by just one point.

Will Turkey ever come back to Eurovision?
2013 was the first time since 1973 that there was no television broadcast of the Eurovision Song Contest on TRT. In September 2013, TRT stated a return is unlikely for the 2014 contest, citing the same reasons. As of 2022, they are yet to return to the contest having stated similar reasons for their absence each year.

Turkey withdrew from the contest to protest the political background of Greece’s entry, called “Panagia Mou, Panagia Mou.” Turkey televised the final on 3 April 1976 but censored the Greek entrant’s performance.
Why is Poland not Eurovision 2021?
At the end of the show, Poland was not announced among the top 10 entries in the second semi-final and therefore failed to qualify to compete in the final. It was later revealed that Poland placed 14th in the semi-final, receiving a total of 35 points: 17 points from the televoting and 18 points from the juries.
