To upload it to Steam, go to Workshop in the CoH2 menu screen, select your map and click ‘Publish’. If you want to change it, just make changes in Worldbuilder, then export and publish it again – as long as the filename hasn’t changed, it’ll just update the old version.

Boot the game and press CTRL + SHIFT + ` (tilde key, next to numeric one on US keyboards, it is on the right side for PAL/EURO keyboards) to toggle the developer console. It’s cheating time! Cheats work even with new Steam version. They are the same as in CoH 2! :D.
